Femi Olasehinde is better known to us all simply as ‘Ola’.

He is our eccentric but sharp-as-a-tack Director and the founder of Just Another Label Ltd/The Dance Music Library.

Ola has a wealth of diverse industry experience at his fingertips. He started his own distribution company (Stage One Music Co) from scratch way back in 1991 and has since then built up an independent empire of Labels, Publishing Companies and Music Libraries, operating on all levels of the industry.

Aedan is the Dance Music Library’s long suffering commercial catalog Manager and office monkey!

He started work for JAL / The DML in late 2005 and established his own venture Test Pilot Music Ltd in 2006, offering publishing services, artist development/management as well as his own imprints Sound Assassin Recordings, Love & Cake Digital, Burnished Salmon Records and Viral Beat Recordings (which you can hear here).

Matt is our Publishing and Royalty guru.

Starting his musical career initially as an MC, then Radio DJ and Event Promoter and then going on to establish Silent Justice Promotions, Matt joined the Just Another Label / DML family in June 2006.

Rosie originally came to us on Work Experience, but made such a good impression that we asked her to stick around!

She's currently learning her way around the office, the studio and the industry in general, as well as getting creatively involved in our educational youth project 'The Noise Factory', of which she is Project Manager.

Rosie is interested in singing, songwriting and drama/performing arts, all of which she is perfecting through her studies and her work with The Dance Music Library.

Nat originally signed with Stage 1000 (The DML) in 2002 and has worked closely alongside Ola ever since. Nat is one of the main producers for The DML and has played a key role in the business's development over the past 5 years.

It has also been known for Nat to take part in cooking whilst on visits to the DML studio and offices!

Outside of The DML Nat runs his own private production suite (NJC Music - http://www.njcmusic.co.uk) where he develops new artists for his music labels. Nat co runs Ambiel Music (http://www.ambielmusic.com) with longtime production partner Gordon Mulrain as an outlet for their many artists. As well as operating Dance Regime (http://www.danceregime.com) with UK Trance producer/DJ Chris Grabiec, which is an outlet for harder, more dance-orientated productions.
