Craig Morris has always been influenced by Rap and Hip Hop. At 12 years old he was saving his dinner money to fuel his addiction for new records.
I have been a total music obsessive since a very young age. As a young boy I would get my parents to buy me the scores to my favourite films as I always seemed to enjoy the music more than the film! My first love was Hip Hop, leading to me buying my turntables in a bid to emulate Terminator X or some such DJ. After getting bored of the ever increasing politics of Hip Hop the early Rave scene beckoned. My record collection changed from the seriousness of Rap to the madness of Rave.
This was a passion of mine for many years leading to DJ work at various clubs, meeting similar minded people and eventually getting into making my own tunes with people who ran studios. I now have my own humble studio where I spend countless hours making all the weirdest noises I God damn want!
I have an Oxford & Cambridge recognized double Diploma in Sound Recording & Music Technology.
I also have an Honours Degree in vomit inducing Bulgarian ear-bleed gabba from the institute of sonic purgatory!!! (hmmm!)

Coming from a rather underground scene I don't think the people I've worked with would be described as 'famous' plus, I wouldn't want to unnecessary flatter anyone into thinking that I think they're famous!
I have sampled lots of famous people's work though, does this count as working 'with' them?
Erm, personally, my biggest achievement is learning how to make music without the aid of anyone else. When it comes to chart success & unfathomable wealth, I'm still waiting!
Passion is what inspires me, even just chatting about music to someone who is passionate about it inspires me. Also, as I don't play an instrument, anyone who can play a guitar, piano, whatever, inspires me. (or is that just jealousy?!)
Basically any song or piece of music that gives me 'that' feeling is special. To me, music can give you a feeling inside similar to that of being in love.
To knuckle down & make as much music as possible. I still want to concentrate on my Hard Trance releases but also make atmospheric pieces of music that will hopefully find their way to a larger audience than most of my music has so far.
I also want to work with musicians or vocalists so my work will have a more 'real' feel to it.
Would saying music be too obvious?? Well, that is the main 'like' of my life. To be honest, I really do like the simple things in life, good food, good company, honest, friendly people and ROCK n ROLL!!!
Dishonesty, mindless drunken violence, coke bores, Paris Hilton.
Let's not go there eh?
To be content, happy, & bring lots of love into this loveless world. Man.
My feet look they're pneumatic - my friend's American cousin once commented "Jeez Craig, you've got feet like Fred Flinstone!!"
