From early childhood, Toby Best has taken his music very seriously. At the age of just six, he was classically trained to play the trumpet.
Toby Best AKA Bliss ‘n’ Tumble was a pioneer of Jungle Techno back when it all started.
First appearing on Bear Necessities in 1996, Bliss ‘n’ Tumble released a string of successful old skool rave anthems such as ‘Fast and Loose’, ‘Hijack/Smoov’ and ‘The Journey’ spanning the labels Bear Necessities and Additive.
All of which achieved a high level of compilation usage labels such as Jumpin’ & Pumpin’, React and Rumour Records.
